Job Purpose
The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of new and existing products into the company’s systems and workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and enhance product performance to meet business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work with the Product Integration Team to set up all new product ranges/label updates in the system to support the New Product Rollout process.
2. Maintain all assigned projects within the allotted timeline and communicate with the appropriate teams when changes occur.
3. Perform maintenance on internal systems to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate; as well as verifying new data entered into the system is consistent in its format.
4. React promptly to all system updates and maintenance requests from the Product Integration Manager and associated teams (R&D, Labeling, Sales, and Production).
5. Manage our product specifications program; including updates, custom requests, and SQF requirements.
6. Host biweekly/monthly New Product Roll Out meetings to inform the team of project status.

8. Computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, and Outlook.
9. Bilingual – Spanish preferred. This will allow for easy communication with the production floor.
10. Knowledge or experience with SAGE, CAT2, ZOHO, Bartender, LabelPaq, and NiceLabel preferred.
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively via email and telephone.
Working Conditions
1. 90% at the office, 5% remote/traveling, and 5% in the plant.
2. Office environment and production environment can vary from cold and damp to hot temperatures.
3. Fast-paced.
4. Moderate noise.
Physical Requirements
1. The role requires the ability to walk and navigate stairs within the plant premises.
2. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
