Baby & Women’s Health Brand Manager, UK & Nordics
This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy).

We now have a great opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the o.b. brand across our Nordic markets as well as taking on key strategic projects for our Baby brands in the UK, reporting to the Baby & Women’s Health Squad Lead.
What you will do
* Drive growth of o.b. in the Nordics.
* Lead the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets.
* Shape and lead the Nordics Yr2-Yr3 strategic plans, leveraging the strategy driven by the Global BDT (Brand Development Team) & working with the Regional Deployment team.
* Adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Women’s Health BDT.
* Closely partner with the Nordic teams to drive excellence in execution of the o.b. brand.
* Lead key strategic projects for our UK Baby brands including our parenting media partnerships, discounter channel strategy and ecommerce acceleration.
* Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges and drive opportunities to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
* Shape and influence the innovation pipeline across the Nordic markets & Ireland.
What we are looking for
* Experienced Assistant Brand Manager (PG24) with a strong track record of performance.
* Degree level educated or equivalent experience.
* Experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Ability to analyse data and identify relevant insights to act upon.
