Job Title: Training Consultant - Customer Operations Compliance
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Start ASAP - Mid 2025
Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour
Are you passionate about delivering imperative training and ensuring high standards in customer service? We're seeking a Training Consultant to join our Customer Operations team. This role focuses on designing and delivering compliance-focused, customer-centric training, creating interactive experiences to build technical, process, and soft skills for colleagues across the department. You'll play a vital role in maintaining consistent training standards, not only within the team but also with our Outsource Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver high-quality, regulatory training materials to support compliance and efficiency in customer services.
* Communicate updates in systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all teams are informed and prepared.
* Partner with Outsource Partners (OSP) during high-recruitment periods to ensure a unified, consistent training output.
* Manage accreditation activities across Customer Operations and with all Outsource Partners to maintain approved standards in customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training to large teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Legal and Compliance teams.
* Preferred Qualifications: TAPi or CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Relevant experience in Financial Services, Automotive, or B2C sectors is desirable.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools.
* Education: A-Level or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for a degree-level education, especially in Maths and English.
