Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Wotton-under-Edge, GL12 8JR (Global HQ)
Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home (4.5 day working week, half day Fridays)
Here at Renishaw, we're looking for a Senior Sales Support Analyst work within the strategic development team of our Additive Manufacturing Group (AMG). As a Senior Sales Support Analyst you'll play a crucial role in coordinating global key account activities, monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics, and maintaining up-to-date sales tools and pricelists. you'll be someone with a detail-oriented mindset, who possesses analytical skills and a passion for driving sales efficiency across international markets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support global key account activities to ensure seamless sales operations and client satisfaction.
Act as a bridge between the sales network and manufacturing operations to support the contract review process, optimize supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management and sales team to drive performance.
Maintain and update sales tools and pricelists to reflect current offerings and market conditions.
Develop and implement processes to streamline sales operations and improve the overall effectiveness of the sales support function.
Support market trend and competitor analysis activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
A higher education qualification, ideally to degree level in technical or commercial discipline
Proven experience in sales support, analytics, or a similar role
Proficiency with data analytic software, including Microsoft Excel, database or CRM tools
Specific eye for detail with analytical and organisation skills
Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a global team environment
