Are you ready to take the lead and shape the future of water infrastructure?
Join our vibrant and multidisciplinary Water Engineering team as a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer in our expanding offices Nationwide. You'll also enjoy the benefits of our flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work and life on your terms.

This role is your chance to elevate your career as a technical expert, tackling a wide range of projects that address both today's and tomorrow's challenges.
What You'll Do:
* Electrical and ICA Design: Lead the design and review of electrical and ICA components for wastewater and water infrastructure projects, including chemical dosing, pumping stations, and sludge treatment units, from concept through to completion.
* Quality Assurance: Develop and review client deliverables-calculations, drawings, and technical reports-ensuring they adhere to relevant standards and procedures.
* Project Management: Support the preparation and management of bids using our internal systems and operations.
* Mentorship: Guide and oversee the work of junior staff, delegate tasks effectively, and provide mentorship to help them grow.
Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:
* BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables with multi-disciplinary knowledge, ideally including treatment schemes.
* Experience of managing projects, delegating tasks and technical mentoring.
* Chartered (or near Chartered) Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
