An exciting role has arisen for a Conveyancing Executive to work on a predominantly remote basis. This position offers you the chance to manage a full caseload of domestic conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, predominantly up to the completion stage.ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is a well-established firm seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Conveyancing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the department's objectives and delivering exceptional service to clients.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage all aspects of your caseload, from beginning to end, including taking appropriate decisions involving the exercise of judgment, subject to supervision.
You will also assist with other team members' cases as required. The role requires proficiency in operating the firm's systems to a high standard. Proven experience in dealing with domestic conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft packages and case management systems is required.
