What you'll do:
* Document Management & Control – Track and manage documents within the document management system, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records.
* Equipment Verification & Calibration Tracking – Monitor and ensure timely verification of precision scales and calibration of laboratory devices as per guidelines.
* Chemical Safety Compliance – Maintenance of Safety Data Sheets for laboratory chemicals up to date.
* Training & Orientation – Conduct QDMS (Quality Document Management System) orientation training for employees, ensuring knowledge of quality document systems
* Customer Complaint Management – Track, archive, and prepare customer complaint samples for review meetings.
* Daily Report Analysis – Consolidate and compare daily jumbo and reel reports to identify discrepancies.
* Department Documentation Compliance – Maintenance of department boards with the latest procedural documents.
* Specification & Archive Management – Update printed specifications, track revisions, and maintain archive room organisation.
* Regulatory & FSC Compliance – Ensure operations align with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) procedures and guidelines.
* Other Responsibilities – Perform additional tasks assigned by the Quality Systems Manager to support continuous quality improvement.
What you'll bring:
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience
* Experience in document management, quality systems, or administrative control is a plus.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document tracking and compliance.
* Basic knowledge of quality management software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
