Architect Position – Belfast & Dublin

Description:
Permanent, full-time roles are available, with a particular opportunity for a technically strong, delivery-focused architect to join the Belfast studio. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in industrial and process-driven projects, including logistics and distribution buildings, as well as manufacturing facilities. With a strong portfolio in this sector and a pipeline of opportunities, we are looking for an architect to support the team and help deliver these projects. Specific aviation experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on a range of projects at various RIBA/RIAI work stages.
2. Contribute technical expertise and delivery-focused skills to industrial and process-driven projects.
3. Support the team in delivering high-quality logistics, distribution, and manufacturing buildings.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. ARB/RIAI-registered architect with approximately 5+ years post-qualification experience.
2. Intermediate Revit proficiency.
3. Strong technical knowledge, with a focus on project delivery.
4. Experience in statutory approval processes.
5. Construction detailing ability and specification writing skills.
6. Familiarity with Building Regulations and British/European Standards.
7. Interest in industrial, logistics, and process-driven projects.
8. Specific aviation experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
10. Motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and flexible, able to work independently or as part of a team.
11. Excellent written communication skills.
12. Ability to lead a design team.
13. Site experience.
14. Opportunities for cross-studio collaboration with teams in London, Dublin, and Manchester.
15. Applicants must meet legal work eligibility requirements for Northern Ireland, the UK, or the Republic of Ireland.
16. A valid driving license is required.
