About the Role:
Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting, providing tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement learning strategies.
Encouraging independence and confidence in students.
Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential.
