The Role
You will join a friendly and collegiate conveyancing team in Colchester on an existing caseload, dealing with a broad range of work, including Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations.

Requirements:
1. You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience
2. You will be confident in managing your own caseload
3. You will be able to work autonomously, but also as part of a team on larger and more complex matters
4. You will be keen to be involved in business development and networking activities
