WE ARE LOOKING FOR
YOU WILL
1. Be in charge and responsible for all aspects of the store.
2. Set a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by example.
3. Ensure that the company's regulatory policies and daily guidelines of the store including food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
4. Supervise and oversee the sales performances of the store.
5. Keep the store clean and presentable.
6. Ensure proper shift assignment for your team members.
7. Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
8. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
9. Maintain store part-time staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training.
10. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
11. Develop a passionate working environment and help our bubble baristas to constantly grow and improve.
12. Build, develop and maintain a high performing team.
13. Respond to customer complaints and comments.
14. Train and educate your team on making drink processes and policies.
15. Manage and create content for TikTok.
16. Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
YOU ARE
1. Experienced in a managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in the fast-paced food/beverage industry.
2. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
3. Legally eligible to work in the UK.
4. An energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
5. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
6. Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our customers & the team.
