Our People Operations team supports all of our team members in the UK and the Netherlands in their day-to-day work life throughout the employee life cycle. From onboarding, performance reviews, compensation to offboarding, we want to provide the right technical and operational support to ensure excellent & informed team member experiences.

The business is passionate about their people and the planet and takes both very seriously. Based across the UK, France, and Netherlands, this role has a global aspect to it.
Description
People Analytics
1. Own & optimise our review cycle data sheets, ensuring information is accurate.
2. Maintain, enhance and refresh home-grown g-sheets based tools.
3. Assist closely in our compensation planning process.
4. Support our People leadership team on key strategic projects, providing people data, metrics and insights as needed to make intelligent business decisions.
5. Ensure all management information reporting is running smoothly e.g., headcount, turnover, leaver reports, as part of our regular reporting cycle and on an ad hoc basis as required.
6. Partnering with the People Team leadership to prepare decks and reports to support with moments like calibration.
People Operations
1. Operate the processes and programmes which underpin a great experience for our colleagues.
2. Be the first point of contact for employee's people-related queries - managing and resolving these in a timely manner.
3. Contract and letter issuance and template document creation.
4. Responsible for timely and accurate payroll input, with finance, for UK/France/Germany and support NL where needed. You will be the point of contact for all payroll queries.
5. Manage the systems, processes and operations needed to deliver an excellent people experience - e.g., Maintaining BambooHR - creating an accurate information structure to support business decisions.
6. Create content throughout the year which allows our employees to find the information they need and self-serve using our employee portal.
7. Administration of, support and help optimise usage of our Company-wide benefits including our pension, healthcare and share option schemes.
Profile
Key skills and experience for this role:
* Have worked either in a People operations, analysis or generalist role.
* Proven analytical skills - good with Excel and Google Sheets.
* Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced business.
* Some experience with review cycles/compensation processes would be beneficial.
* Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Bamboo HR experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
