A dynamic Year 4 Teacher is sought for two school terms starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will inspire pupils, fostering a love for learning through creative lessons.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress, providing timely feedback and support.
* Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.
* Collaborating with teaching assistants and staff to support all learners effectively.
* Communicating regularly with parents and guardians about pupil's progress and well-being.
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and promoting a positive learning culture.
* Participating in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
* Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.
Requirements include:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 4.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
* Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
