My Client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR function team reporting into the HR Business Partner Hybrid working 3 days on site 2 days working from home Cambridge HR Assistant Main key responsibilities Recruitment and Selection Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates and write to unsuccessful candidates. Coordination and collation of monthly payroll Inform relevant individuals and departments about new staff members Manage and co-ordinate the induction programme First point of contact for all HR quires Qualifications · A good standard of education including Maths and English GCSEs Grade A- C (or equivalent) or Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject (Business Administration for example)· CIPD level 3 Human Resources If you match the above criteria please do get in contact with Marsha-Louise
