The successful applicant will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with working within the administration department of the surgery. Duties include but are not limited to: Document Workflow and Management (Scanning, Filing, Clinical Coding) Answering General Enquires Accessing, Recording and Updating Patient Records Maintenance of Paper and Electronic Medical Records. Providing Support when required to the Reception Team Provide Flexible Sickness or Holiday Cover as required. ** In addition to the duties above, further training will be provided where necessary to cover Referrals, Medical Reports & Summarising should it be required.
