The College is seeking a part-time One-to-One Support Assistant to provide individualised support to a student to ensure their full access to the curriculum and school activities.

Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents, you will tailor educational strategies to the student's needs. You will also take an active role in ensuring that the pupil can move safely between classes and assist during physical activities to ensure the child receives an equitable, inclusive education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, patience, and initiative are essential for this role, which is pivotal in promoting independence and emotional wellbeing for the student. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and a child-centred approach is essential, and experience working with cystic fibrosis would be an advantage.
