The school is a primary site that looks after students with a range of special needs but have a focus around SEMH. The school are based on beautiful grounds and are going from strength to strength under new leadership. The role This role is varied. You will be expected to lead pre-planned cover across the school in a variety of different classes, so possessing strong classroom management is essential. There will be no planning or marking required with this role. Experience wise, the school would prefer candidates who hold a QTS but are flexible for the right candidate. Ideally you would be available on a full-time basis but if you are looking for something a little more part-time that is also ok. You must feel confident dealing with challenging behaviour.
