Contract: Permanent - 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About Us: HMP Erlestoke is a Category C Men's prison housing circa 440 prisoners located 10 miles North East of Warminster. We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS.
As Facilities Site Manager at HMP Erlestoke, you will lead a well-seasoned team of multi-skilled professionals. Your role will require strong people management skills, stakeholder influencing, and substantial experience in hard and soft services.
Responsibilities:
1. Continuously evaluate your team's output and resources to ensure they have everything they need to fulfil their roles.
2. Maintain team morale, welfare, safety, and a sense of humour.
3. Involved in contract delivery to HMPPS, representing your team and advocating for company values.
4. Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with senior Operations colleagues.
5. Manage operational delivery of facilities management services and customer service excellence.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and routine preventative maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A passion for operational management and delivery of facilities management services.
2. A recognised apprenticeship in a trade, or two years of recognized experience in the facilities sector.
3. Experience in planning, project management, financial planning, and analysis.
4. Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
5. IOSH qualification as a minimum.
6. Experience in building senior site management teams and delivering high-quality services.
