Director of Revenue
Do you have the vision and commercial acumen to drive revenue success in a dynamic Conference & Events hotel setting?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Revenue to lead the commercial strategy for our two flagship properties-De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading & De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. This is an on-site role, offering the chance to work at the heart of our operations, influencing key revenue decisions and driving financial performance.
The Role
As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for managing over £50m in turnover, shaping and implementing innovative pricing strategies across meetings, events, rooms, and all revenue-generating areas. You will lead forecasting, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring strategic revenue growth.
Reporting to Ian Jones, Group Director of Revenue and working closely with our Venue Directors and Directors of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in aligning revenue initiatives with sales and operational goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Event Sales Managers to maximise booking potential and drive positive revenue performance.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Senior Revenue Manager or Commercial Manager within a large, meetings-and-events-focused hotel.
A strong background in pricing strategies, forecasting, and business reporting to drive revenue performance.
Confidence in presenting commercial insights at a senior level, influencing key stakeholders.
Expertise in Opera (PMS), with knowledge of Duetto (RMS) as a distinct advantage.
A leadership mindset, passionate about mentoring and developing teams to enhance their revenue expertise.
