If so, my client who is an online comparison service for moving home is looking for a new business partner executive to join the current sales team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing sales team and will be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of their trusted partner network of removal, surveying, and conveyancing partners.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
1. Working on inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of them joining the partner network, working towards team and individual targets.
2. Working under pressure, utilizing sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new partners.
3. Making multiple calls and composing multiple emails per day to maximize conversion.
4. Involving a degree of account management.
5. Growing the business partner network by direct telemarketing.
6. Being adaptable with the ability to sell to different types of prospects.

Must Haves:
1. At least 2 years of sales experience
2. B2B and B2C sales experience with the knowledge and ability to sell to different types of customers
3. Strong opening and closing skills
4. Resilient, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving goals in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
5. Passion for direct outbound telemarketing calls to pre-set lists, preceded by email marketing
6. Great communicator who is friendly and outgoing and genuinely enjoys dealing with people
7. Confident in using email for sales, utilizing provided templates and writing direct emails
8. Team player who loves helping teammates improve and shares ideas across the business
9. Proactive and positive attitude towards the sales team and company to grow the partner network
10. Proven track record of successful sales jobs without frequent job changes
11. The ability to positively handle objections
12. Aiming to exceed targets and always seeking new sales opportunities
Interview Process:
1. Stage 1 - Introductory call (Informal call)
2. Stage 2 - Face-to-face interview with the sales manager
