What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing smooth and efficient multi-site operations
* Mentoring, coaching and developing distributed teams
* Ensuring commitment to high-quality customer service
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service standards
What you'll need:
* Proven experience leading and developing distributed teams
* Proven experience in an entrepreneurial hospitality or real estate business with a track record of delivering results
* Experience setting and enforcing operational benchmarks
* Proven experience improving operational efficiency
* Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management
* Analytical and data-driven approach
* Willingness to be in the office 3-4 days a week, with travel around the UK
