We are looking for someone who can invest in the role and be apart of a family here at Clayton Croft and be dedicated to ensure the home feels and presents well. Working at Clayton Croft whatever your role, you will be part of the team. A team of dedicated people who strive for the best for all the children we care for. You will be around young people at the home and they may take some time to get to know you so for this role you need to ensure your able to work flexibly around the young people and we follow the ethos that it's their home. You will need to undertake safeguarding training and basic awareness of children with additional needs, the autistic society provides a extensive training programme that will support you to understand the needs of the young people around you. This is a permanent role, working 22 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
