Professional Growth:
This role offers a platform to work with high-profile clients and stakeholders, from designers and architects to commercial teams and specialist suppliers. The successful candidate will be instrumental from project conception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Fit-Out & MEP Projects to exceptional standards
2. Chair meetings, drive outcomes, and ensure accurate record-keeping
3. Liaise with designers, estimating, and commercial teams
4. Understand client requirements, technical specifications, and project needs
5. Manage project risks and ensure procedural conformity
6. Drive project programmes, foresee potential issues, and react proactively
7. Prepare and present progress reports
8. Ensure compliance with HSEQ best practices and company standards
Essential Skills and Experience
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Main Contractor role
2. Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects
3. Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fit-Out package delivery
4. Excellent communication and time management skills
5. Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
6. Full driving licence and valid CSCS card
7. IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS qualification
Desirable Attributes
1. Enhanced management training
2. Degree educated
3. First Aid trained
4. Technical author experience
5. DBS and financial checks (to be completed upon appointment)
Location Requirement
Candidates must reside within a 40-mile radius or a 1-hour commute of Warrington.
