We're looking for a proactive Planner to join our friendly Service Management Centre team and help coordinate essential operations that keep our services flowing seamlessly.
What you'll be doing as a Planner:
* Planning repairs and allocating tasks to Repair & Maintenance teams.
* Reviewing and updating permit conditions.
* Contacting customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
* Managing in-day completion and allocation of e-digs and reactive works, including permit updates.
* Notifying Supervisors of schedule changes.
Base Location: Kidlington or Reading, Kemble Court.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
What you should bring to the role:
* Experience in customer service, resource management, or coordination roles (preferable).
* Confidence in learning new software quickly, with solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of Salesforce and the Street Manager portal is advantageous.
* Familiarity with the Clean Water Network is beneficial.
