Maintain a discreet, respectful, and confidential approach, ensuring the highest standard of client care. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, making the client’s experience educative, therapeutic, and relaxing. Confidently upsell products during treatments, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with clients. Show flexibility by assisting colleagues in other areas of the Spa, such as Reception and Changing Rooms, embodying teamwork and adaptability. Take ownership of your work, whether performing treatments independently or collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.
