SENIOR COMMERCIAL ANALYST
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: £55-75,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid Norwich, Norfolk (twice a month to be in the office)
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

ABOUT YOU
You will have:
* 1 - 2 years relevant experience with a B2C business, subscription-focused ideally.
* Related experience working in a data, finance, or systems team, with practical experience supporting an operational data environment.
* Degree in Statistics, Data, Finance, or Computer Studies.
* Experience and skills with SQL, PowerBI, or a similar analytical platform.
* A demonstrable analytical skillset, applying the mathematical aspects of your degree in a work environment.
* Demonstrable experience working within a B2C business on commercial or analytical projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and develop data-related skills and knowledge.
THE ROLE
The Commercial Analyst will support data-driven decision-making across the organisation by collecting, processing, and analysing data to provide actionable insights. This role will focus on transforming raw data into meaningful information that drives strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and customer understanding. The Commercial Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define analytics solutions, and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enhance performance and achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities:
Support analytical requests from across the business:
* Gather requirements from internal customers.
* Document and build requested outputs - Data downloads or Visualisations.
* Support the leadership team to provide commercial data-driven insights to the business.
Core Dashboard Maintenance:
* Day-to-day maintenance of the core company dashboards.
* Ensure the dashboards are updated daily.
Data Warehouse Development:
* Support the data platforms – SQL server, PowerBI, Looker Studio.
* Support the addition of additional data feeds.
* Clean the raw data to provide repeatable analysis.
