Role Title: Technology Consultant/Analyst
Required Core Skills:
1. System Admin with key skills:
* Storage: Dell Powermax, Vplex, Isilon, eNAS, Cisco/Brocade SAN switch
* Backup: EMC Data domain, Networker, ECS
* Operating Systems: VMWare and Linux/RedHat
Minimum years of experience: 4+ years
Detailed Job Description:
1. Monitoring components of Storage systems including volumes, LUNs, disk and logs.
2. Responsible for complete Incident, Change Management, Problem Management and Capacity planning.
3. Plan and execute Disaster recovery.
4. Backup management and health checks: Monitor backup jobs, schedules and relevant logs and ensure successful backups.
5. Storage health checkup.
6. Performance monitoring of the storage arrays through console.
7. Controller mirroring configuration status from console.
8. Troubleshooting.
