The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join a team dedicated to improving diabetes care and awareness. This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing an assigned territory within the North East and Yorkshire. You will work with healthcare professionals in both primary and secondary care settings, promoting a variety of market leading Diabetes products, growing sales, and building lasting relationships.
As Territory Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Gaining new product distribution and supporting existing customers in the field.
* Developing local strategies to navigate NHS reimbursement challenges.
* Building relationships with Nurse Practitioners, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Clinicians, and Pharmacists, ensuring recommendations at every level.
* Spending at least 80% of your time engaging directly with prospects and customers.
* Attending conferences and exhibitions to promote products and gather market insights.
Requirements: To excel in the Territory Manager role, you should have:
* A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in biomedical or biological sciences (or similar).
* At least two years of sales experience
* Diabetes products knowledge and services is a bonus.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various healthcare levels.
* Driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package:
* Salary: £32,000 – £46,000.
* £14,000 performance bonus.
* £10,524 car allowance.
