2 Years Fixed Term (renewable) An administration position is available which is full time/flexible time to work in a department in City St Georges Medical School. This position is unique and challenging in dealing with families who suffer a sudden death. This department is a small group and person will work closely within this group consisting of two doctors and three scientists who investigate the cardiac causes of sudden death and carry out extensive research in this area. This work is funded by a UK Charity. Person needs to be well organised, manage daily diary and have people skills dealing with bereaved families and coroners throughout UK. Good interpersonal skills, sensitive phone manner, knowledge of database entry and Excel spreadsheet are essential. Person needs to be skilled and discreet in handling this information. Flexibility in working hours is possible but Monday to Friday daily hours within department is required.
