Technical Manager
Location: Leeming Bar
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
1. General Maintenance of the Food Safety Management Systems
2. Leading HACCP and TACCP teams
3. Manage and support the QA team, leading them to deliver successful results
4. To lead internal and external audits
5. Monitor the departments KPS's, ensuring targets are achieved and improved
6. To carry out senior management meetings
7. To investigate and respond to customer complaints
8. To work with other departments to implement change
Requirements:
1. HACCP Level 4 certification
2. Excellent knowledge of BRC and leading audits
3. Experience within a similar position in a food manufacturing environment
4. Must have experience leading a team
5. Good knowledge of Health and safety requirements
6. Experience of implementing improvements and innovations
7. Driven and Highly Organised
