Assignment type: Temporary, to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months potential to extend. You will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Hybrid, part clients office/site min 3 days per week onsite after training

Your new role
* To effectively and efficiently support and carry out recruitment activities across the Farnborough campus, in line with business requirements.
* To provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring positions are filled in time, with suitable candidates.
* To utilise recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
* You will train and support line managers during the recruitment and selection processes to ensure high levels of consistency and competency throughout the campus.
* Managing candidates through the recruitment process in line with SLAs and KPIs, including using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and communicate effectively
* Performing administrative and organisational tasks related to recruitment marketing such as creating job adverts to ensure all candidates sourced are of the highest possible quality.
* Managing the relationships for agencies and managers
* What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a recruitment role essential, and preferably within agency environment
* Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident approach to building rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates
* A good working knowledge of IT packages (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to effectively manage multiple demands; highly organised with strong time management skills and ability to prioritise own work
* Process orientated
* Team player; works collaboratively with individuals across the team and wider firm to provide an efficient service to the business. Passionate about providing an excellent service
