Role Overview:
The Regulatory Change Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with the evolving regulatory landscape in the UK and Europe. This is a key position that requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
* Monitoring and analysing regulatory changes to ensure the company is prepared and compliant.
* Assessing the impact of regulatory changes and developing implementation plans.
* Providing insights and intelligence on the direction of regulatory change and the tone of regulators.
* Contributing to industry consultations and shaping the broader regulatory landscape.
* Building strong relationships with industry bodies and contributing to discussions.
* Seasoned background in a Regulatory Change role or alike.
* Strong understanding of regulatory environments, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Excellent analytical, research, and reporting skills. The ability to synthesise information quickly and draw meaningful conclusions.
* Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and concisely.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
