Working within an outgoing team of 4 office administrators, you'll be assisting a range of departments with their administration, including: Responding to emails Ordering office supplies Maintaining records Performing basic bookkeeping and issuing invoices Preparing documents such as reports, memos, letters and finance statements The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and willing to get their head down and work.
