Role: Brand Marketing Director / Director of Brand Marketing Reporting to: Founder/CEO Location: London, Hybrid Role and responsibilities: Develop and oversee the brand strategy for the business, creating a seamless multi-channel brand experience that echoes all the brands’ values and is aligned with overall business objectives Oversee the Budget for Brand Campaigns and Production (Influencers, PR, Editorial, Events, Content Creators, Organic Social & Asset creation) Own the Brand strategy and execution: Including Insights, Communications, Brand Management, Creative, Editorial, Influencers, Trichologists & Experts Build a strong and healthy brand, monitor it and tailor differentiated and disruptive activity around it, including marketing, packaging, services and point of sale Motivating and inspiring a brilliant team, ensuring the overall creative vision is rolled out across all design and campaign work for the brand Balancing creativity and innovation with commercial objectives, monitoring performance of all creative collateral and feeding those insights and learnings into future campaigns Applying a commercial approach to your creative & brand decision making – ensuring all campaigns and customer touchpoints are driving brand engagement, new customer acquisition, as well as delivering an exceptional experience for their existing customer base Gain insights that inform and educate the business and stakeholders that drive strategies and inform new product development Support NPD from ideation, feeding in customer demand trends, social listening into NPD Manager, oversee design look and feel from packaging through to launch assets Lead, inspire and develop a team of 11 FTE Work closely with cross-functional teams, namely Growth, Finance, Supply Chain & Product to ensure alignment and drive business growth Play an active leadership role as a key member of the UKLASH Leadership team; manage cross-functional projects; including regular updates with the CEO and CGO What you excel in: Exceptional leader, who has developed teams, created cultures and prioritises their teams improvement Able to build relationships and effectively work cross-functionally across a diverse set of stakeholders, building relationships as a key representative of the business Someone who takes real pride in owning their remit and the quality outputs from their teams driving high quality execution through their leadership, organisation and ability to trade off competing priorities An inspirational leader with an excellent track record of delivering creative direction and brand strategy for another consumer facing brand (digital channel responsibility a must) Someone who can capably manage the team (4 direct reports, wider team of 11 ), setting the brand strategy and supporting the ideation of campaigns A creative leader who understands how to get the best out of designers, videographers, and content specialists to deliver world class marketing collateral A digital-first creative brand strategist who can confidently lead the conceptualisation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Someone who views all creative & brand decisions through a highly commercial lens - monitoring performance of campaigns Skilled communicator who can provide the right message, narrative, & level of detail according to the audience via verbal or written communication Nourish and drive the culture, within their team and the business itself At UKLASH we believe that a great team is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, beliefs and experience.
