Job Requirements:
Taking full responsibility for motivating and developing your team, you'll deliver our John Lewis Food offering with a clear focus on sales, service, food safety, and cost control.
You'll mentor your Partners to be the best they can be. Your enthusiasm for hospitality will enable you to develop and coach Partners whilst delighting our customers.
You'll have solid leadership and communication skills which you'll get to showcase when you are required, on occasion, to take on the responsibility of Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch.
Desirable experience & skills:
1. Retail management or front line customer service management
2. Stakeholder management or project management.
