Driver Hire (Torbay) are looking for a part-time sales assistant to work for our client in Buckfastleigh. This position is for three days per week, with possibility of a fourth day for the right candidate where you will assist with deliveries as a drivers mate. Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (some saturdays) Pay: £12.82 PAYE Advanced (Other PAYE options available) Responsibilities: To engage with customers both in person and over the phone. Provide expert advice and assistance in selecting the right appliances to meet customer needs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services through provided training. To work well within the team to ensure a positive work environment. Provide outstanding customer service, including resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Be aware of which products are selling and assist with keeping stock levels up. Using the business website and social media. Required skills: A good knowledge of using a computer and the ability to learn new systems is a must. Ability to learn about our products and services to effectively assist our customers. Strong customer service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
