We are in search of a Car Sales Executive to join our Client’s Prestige Main Dealer in the Stevenage area.
Our Client is part of a large network is dealerships and are looking to add to their team. They are looking for an experienced or trainee Sales Executive to join their team providing excellent customer service!
Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Executive:
6. Basic Salary of £18,000 with OTE of £50,000 (Based Off 140 Cars Sold)
7. 5.5 Day Week / Sunday Rota
8. Prestige Brand Main Car Dealership Environment
9. Huge Earning Potential + Company Car Scheme
10. Proven Successful Track Record In Dealership Car Sales Required
Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
11. Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of our brand and products
12. Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries as well as from dedicated customer follow-up and prospecting activities, to deliver a truly unique customer experience.
13. Follow the sales process prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
14. Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
15. Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries
16. Carry out an accurate appraisal of all vehicles presented for part exchange
17. Keep updated with the FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business guidelines
18. Achieve Sales Executive accreditation.

19. To understand and assist in the delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
20. Deliver an agreed level of service to the Internal and External Customer, Business Partners and External Suppliers
21. Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements
22. Contribute fully within the team, ensuring the right environment is maintained
23. Ensure the appropriate level of management control and system exploitation is applied to all relevant systems
24. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
