The Educate Group are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students at our partner schools. The Pastoral Support role involves:
1. Providing one-to-one and group support for students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
2. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being of every student.
3. Promoting positive behaviour and emotional resilience through mentoring and intervention programs.
4. Supporting attendance, safeguarding, and student welfare initiatives.
5. Fostering a school culture of inclusion, respect, and personal growth.
This role will be ideal for someone with experience in pastoral, safeguarding or student support work with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and families.
