Your Impact
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with organisational goals. What You'll Be Doing
Lead recruitment efforts, including the selection and onboarding of apprentices, and work placements.
Represent them at careers fairs, strengthen their employer brand, and nurture connections with educational institutions.
Develop and align learning opportunities with career progression frameworks, ensuring employees grow and succeed.
Oversee key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Maintain alignment with employment laws and internal policies, embedding best practices across HR processes.
Partner with cross-departmental teams to achieve organisational goals and cultivate a unified culture.Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and are passionate about creating meaningful HR solutions. With exceptional organisational skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive mindset, you bring:
3 years advisor level experience in professional services firm, ideally within a law.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A detail-oriented and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
