We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Behaviour Mentor to join our team and work with students who experience SEMH challenges. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students in managing their emotions and behaviour, helping them to engage with learning, and fostering their social and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create and implement behaviour support plans that allow each student to thrive in a positive and structured environment. Monday-Friday 8:45-16:00Key Responsibilities: Behaviour Support: Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs to help them regulate their behaviour, develop coping strategies, and improve their emotional well-being. Personalised Interventions: Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement behaviour plans tailored to the individual needs of students. Emotional and Social Development: Support students in building positive relationships, developing social skills, and increasing emotional resilience.
