**Special Education Clinical Psychologist Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of education and special needs services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment and intervention plans for our students, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is up to £60,000 (pro rata), depending on experience. Job Description: The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students. This will involve holding a caseload, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, as well as supporting the development of our clinical team.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational) and significant experience of working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and inform service delivery.
