We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Hunters Moor in Birmingham.

Hunters Moor accommodates 42 patients requiring neurorehabilitation, which may include complex physical rehabilitation needs.
We have onsite chefs that freshly prepare meals for all our residents ensuring every dish is of the highest quality.
Our physiotherapy gym allows residents to regain cognitive abilities whilst aiding them in the recovery process.
We have a private spacious garden, which allows residents to enjoy the outdoors at their own leisure in a safe environment.
What you'll be working:
1. Days
2. We can offer 33 or 44 hours a week ( 3 or 4 long shifts)
3. Follow 2 weeks rota
4. Working every other weekend
What you'll be doing:
5. Play a significant role in supporting patients at Hunters Moor by working closely with the Multi-Disciplinary team to deliver timely and appropriate rehabilitation to patients in the service
6. Provide a service focused on patients Rehabilitation journeys, empowering patients to be as independent as possible. This includes supporting people with personal care and health needs, accessing the community and providing them with emotional support.
7. Work with and monitor therapy led rehabilitation plans towards patient’s desired outcomes
8. Being part of the decision-making process for the holistic management of patients.
9. Develop within your role of Support Worker by being involved in and responding to new initiatives within the team
What you'll have:

11. A passion for care
12. Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential as training is provided
13. A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
14. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
