Receptionist Semperian Group are looking to recruit to a Receptionist on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis based at our Bristol head office. The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining a first class, professional front of house service to clients, visitors and staff as well as managing the smooth and efficient running of reception processes whilst providing other administrative support as directed. This is a wide-ranging job involving an extensive range of contacts both within and outside the organisation. Receptionist Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and staff politely and professionally Answering and handling incoming phone calls promptly and appropriately Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinating the Archiving Process Ensuring the Reception area and other facilities are kept tidy and clean at all times?
