Your life as a Sales Support Administrator You will provide an efficient and effective administrative and compliance support to the auctions team. To effectively manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and identify and action any opportunity to exceed our customers’ expectations. You’ll be driven to ensure tasks are managed efficiently and that the quality of service is excellent. You'll develop strong relationships with everyone you deal with as you go about your daily work. You will be able to work as part of a team to resolve issues because you know we always keep our promises to our clients. You will be proactive, professional, organised and have an energetic can-do attitude. What you'll do Deal with incoming enquiries, via phone, email and property portals. Chase solicitors, vendors and bidders for outstanding documents & ID where required Assist with the management of Bidder Registrations Speaking to successful bidders to obtain any missing information such as solicitors details or missing payments. Booking and distribution of valuation requests Assist with booking viewings for customers Support with bidder management on Auction Day Support your line manager with daily tasks Who we're looking for We want to find a self-motivated, individual with a customer focus who has: Experience in a customer service role Experience of working in the property industry Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment The ability to stay calm during tricky conversations and de-escalate Proficiency in Microsoft Office A good standard of numeracy and literacy Good data entry and typing skills Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening
