About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with students aged 3 to 19, providing personalised support to meet their unique educational and emotional needs. Working Hours : 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Offer one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs. Assist in implementing tailored education and support plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals. Promote social interaction and support emotional well-being within a nurturing environment. Contribute to classroom management and deliver targeted interventions to support student progress. Adapt to the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity in all learning activities. Requirements A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this role. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar capacity is desirable. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
