HR Administrator Job Purpose The HR Administrator will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, assist with the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs, and contribute to the development of HR initiatives and systems. HR Administrator Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for various HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee benefits. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team. Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc. HR Administrator Person Specification Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role. Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Thorough knowledge of labor laws. Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills. Basic knowledge of payroll practices.
