As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer - AC with Robertson Facilities Management, you will work at various sites for our client in Central East Scotland, providing a Facilities Management maintenance service (planned and reactive) across the client's portfolio of buildings. This is a non-residential role. What you’ll do: Ensure that the PPM works are delivered in a timely fashion in line with the agreed PPM planner. Maintenance, fault finding, and installation of commercial AC installations and associated equipment. Maintenance of AC systems To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of various contracts To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work as per the agreed client programme To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the client teams About you: To be successful in your application, you will have: Recognised trade apprenticeship Exposure to electrical power distribution systems/ lighting systems Knowledge in H V A C control systems Experience in A/C, chiller, Air Handling systems. Experience in gas systems Knowledge with BMS Control Systems Health & Safety Certificate Must hold full driving licence.
