A minimum of 12 months experience is required for this role. Our 24/7 support line is available for any emergencies, and our dedicated teams are here to assist you in your role. Staff receive refresher training and may enroll in additional training courses as needed. You will earn holiday pay for every hour worked and have the option to join our pension scheme, complete with employer contributions. Uniforms are provided, DBS application assistance is available, and our starting pay rate is £11.44 per hour with potential for future increases.

We are looking for happy, friendly individuals with a genuine passion for care who pride themselves on providing an excellent level of care. We need individuals with a minimum 12 months experience in a professional, UK healthcare service. A driving licence is preferrable but not essential for the role. We work with homes all around the country so the ability to travel throughout the local area is essential.
Your key duties…
Key duties include providing personal care, assisting with feeding and bathing, and aiding residents with daily activities. The role also involves performing general housekeeping tasks, spending quality time with residents, and observing and monitoring their well-being.
