In the role you will be working within a fast-paced call centre environment, our client is seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a number of key accounts via telephone and email.
You will be assisting in the vehicle reservation process, supporting vehicle rental queries, and resolving issues that arise.
Salary:£22,360
Hours:
* Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
* One Saturday in every three: 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities:
* Full vehicle rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare
* Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers
* Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and rental stations
* Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
* Management of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Complete customer satisfaction call-backs following vehicle delivery
* Any other ad hoc duties required
Key skills required:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* General computer literacy – Microsoft Office
* Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to perform under pressure
* Customer orientated
