As Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimising our sales and capacity planning operations. Leading a team of planners and managers, you will ensure seamless execution, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement across our logistics network.
Optimise planning processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, maximised route efficiency, and cost-effective operations.
Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth operations even during disruptions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including retailers, planning teams, supply chain, and operational teams, to align on strategic objectives.
Oversee daily planning activities, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, operational efficiency, and timely task completion.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and overall performance.
Proactively address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to maintain service levels and business continuity.
Champion the adoption of new technologies and systems, leading the team through transformation projects such as:
Migration to a new, cutting-edge route planning system.
Proven operational planning expertise -Successful track record in planning and executing operations.
Strong stakeholder management -Building relationships and managing expectations effectively.
Final Interview – Deep dive into your experience, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities, with a senior leader from the planning team.
